Why join

Get on the air with your community

HARC is open to anyone interested in amateur radio, from complete beginners to experienced operators. Members support and participate in local repeater and Meshtastic projects, public‑service and emergency‑communications efforts, exam sessions, training activities, and on‑air events.

You do not need a license to join. If you are just getting started, we can help you study, find an exam session, and choose your first equipment. Licensed members can get involved on the air, help mentor others, and assist with club projects and events.

Associate

$20 / year

Not licensed yet — join as an associate member while you study for your exam.

Individual

$25 / year

Licensed amateur radio operator — full voting membership.

Family

$30 / year

All licensed family members in the same household.
