2Meter - The K5MLB 2‑meter repeater is being developed to improve amateur radio coverage in and around Henryetta and Okmulgee County. Once operational, it will support day‑to‑day local activity and provide an additional communication resource during severe weather and other emergencies when normal systems may be limited.HARC will not use K5MLB as an official weather broadcast or dispatch channel, but members expect to monitor the repeater during storm events and emergency situations. A monitored repeater can help local stations maintain contact and may provide a practical way to reach someone who can relay for help if other options are unavailable.
Meshtastic - The tower site will also host a Meshtastic node to extend local mesh coverage. We plan to support the standard public “LongFast” channel so public Meshtastic traffic can pass through the site over a wider area, while also using a private club channel with similar settings and a private PSK for HARC use. Together, the repeater and mesh node will support regular activity, experimentation, and local communications resilience.

TARC SuperLink
The TARC SuperLink is a wide-area, linked amateur radio repeater system operated by the Tulsa Amateur Radio Club (TARC). It connects 16-18 UHF repeaters across a 50,000 square-mile territory in Northeastern Oklahoma. This system is critical for regional emergency communications and the NTS Traffic Net.
SuperLink Hub & Frequencies
The central SuperLink Hub operates on 443.850 MHz (East Tulsa). Local nodes across the region feed into this hub, allowing for broad communication coverage with a single transmission. Key linked repeater frequencies in the TARC system (all with + offset) include:
East Tulsa (Hub): 443.850 MHz
Mannford: 442.000 MHz
Mounds / NW Okmulgee County: 444.600 MHz
Muskogee: 443.100 MHz
